We at Elevage de la Pommeraie des Loups welcome you to our site and invite you to have a look around at our dogs and available puppies. A family passion, and small breeding project, we focus on quality over quantity. It is very important to us to promote the preservation of this excellent and most wonderful breed, the Dutch Shepherd, and to improve upon our dogs only where necessary.

Our selection process is the result of years of love and understanding for a breed unsurpassed by any other in its ability to excel at any task set before it. Our dogs are trained, titled, and certified in a variety of disciplines, from French Ring and Mondio protection sports to Sheep Herding, Search and Rescue, Tracking and Scent Detection, Exposition, Defense K9 (Security) work, and finally, Family Protection. All of our dogs also undergo stringent health testing before ever making the decision to breed them, and we are very careful about our pairings (depending on the desired result).
